Sandwich Schnitzel by Yolo — totoro's Review (Jul 23, 2022)

It's been a hot minute, hasn't it?
I got a couple of really busy months, between changing job, planning my wedding and getting married 🥺
I have A TON of reviews to make, and I can't wait 😍
I'll start off with things I tried in #Switzerland 🇨🇭 (during our honeymoon), both from supermarkets and restaurants.
Let's start by saying that being vegan in Switzerland is fairly easy: you can easily find at least 3/4 options for a quick, easy and tasty lunch in EVERY supermarket.
And this in the pic it's precisely from a supermarket, more specifically Coop (my favourite!).
It's a "chicken" #schnitzel in a bun that reminded me of a pretzel 🥨, the soft kind.
So so so good! The bread was soft and tasty and the schnitzel was delicious. I also really liked the sauce.
Great option, highly recommended
