this is pretty good as a base, but you gotta really add a generous grinding of pepper or else it’s pretty nothing. maybe some garlic. maybe even some nooch if you really want to live. with that said and those thing added, it’s the best caesar i’ve ever found…..or do i just like pepper ? i used to make my caesar dressing with the hellmanns vegan mayo anyway, so this is a little more direct i like it, gonna keep it stocked for sure. also, bonus review, the ranch GOES. no adding necessary there. 10/10 ranch. 7/10 caes
