Tofu and Mushroom Noodles at Pho Soho — jessskh's Review (Jul 20, 2022)

Comes with a choice of a chicken or veggie broth. Topped with dried tofu and button mushrooms. I added ‘3 mushrooms’ as an extra topping which meant added enoki, shiitake and MORE button mushrooms. The broth wasn’t bad, the issue that I had was that the noodles were stuck together which means that they were probably left out for a while and should’ve been loosened with hot water before being put in the broth.
