
After trying Tofutti and not being impressed, this stuff was a welcome surprise! The texture was nice but the flavor was a little neutral and not sour enough. I mixed in about 1/2 tsp of lactic acid in and let it sit for half an hour and it was perfect. This will be our go to sour cream. I recommend buying some lactic acid powder from Amazon to up the tanginess in vegan cheese, yogurts and sour creams by the way!
