Made from tofu, king oyster and tumeric. #mumversionispreferred this dish is a "staple food" for the kids when we have dinner at mum's place.. mum's version is without the king oyster but with an assorted veg that is diced finely and changes from time to time.. She adds nutritional yeast too.. 😋
