Review of Eggs Benedict at Vegan Streetfood Deli - Obs by fezekyo
Honestly can't go wrong with the english muffin and avocado part. That was great. Not the biggest fan of the egg, it makes me think a little bit of sago pudding and doesn't really resemble the texture or flavour of egg that I expected. Overall still an okay dish though.

sunshineyum Was too eewy for me to describe it when I reviewed it - definitely not a good rendition for those wanting to have a poached egg vegan brekkie. The egg recipe is available online. The "yolk" is made of pumpkin or butternut for the colour, and spiced with things like kala namakh for the taste. 2 likesReply
