Review of organic yuba sheets - Hodo by jessicaleyna
It's not really a pasta, but it can be used in place of a pasta in salads or as a wrap. Tonight I separated the sheets, rolled them up, coated in BBQ sauce and baked like ribs. Previously I've separated and sliced, marinated in tamari, maple syrup and smoke flavor and fried up like bacon. Very versatile, high in protein and tastes like whatever is cooked with.
