tastes straight up like almond butter 😍 and smells deeeevine. it has pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, whole coconut flakes, whole cashews & almonds, it’s sweetened w coconut sugar, and it’s baked with mct oil! couldn’t have asked for a better ingredients list tbh.
