Review of Mediterranean Waffle at BioCafe by amber99
Wow!! New favourite cafe. The food menu of this place is entirely vegan, and it is huge! Took me ages to decide what to order, but I went for a savoury waffle in the end because I have never seen a vegan waffle on offer before. The portion size was really decent for £8 so I'll definitely be bringing all of my Aberdeen friends here.
The waffle was sooo good, mega fluffy and thick. And those toppings! Vegan feta, sun-dried tomato, fresh salad leaves and cherry tomatoes, walnuts, balsamic glaze... I did not want it to end 😅 the vibe of this cafe is very cosy, the staff are friendly and there are books and board games out for anyone to use. Not pictured, but I have also tried their Snickers slice, iced coffee and beetroot latte. They were all flippin perfection. Oh, and the entire cafe is refined-sugar free, there are lots of GF options and even keto options!
