Review of Extra Firm Tofu - Simple Truth by pattyb

Love the dual packaging, texture, versatility of extra firm organic tofu. After baking, frying, roasting cubes in the air fryer, I’ve found my new favorite to replace meatless crumbles in bowls, tacos, chili, and more. For this bowl I made a mixture of chili powder, nutritional yeast, soy sauce & a dash of smoked paprika. Crumbled the tofu & mixed it with the seasoning paste, & baked it. Very tasty! And it’s an economical & healthier version of crumbles. A simple dressing of fresh lime juice, agave & dash of cayenne made it perfect! Yum!
