I'm sure it looked a lot better when it arrived (which was before I did). I could really taste the almonds. There seems to be a bit of an upcharge for the vegan option. Almonds/broccoli put up no resistance to being milked/cooked, but they're expensive, like everything else here. Good soup. 🥦
