I made this artichoke pizza using a jar of Trader Joe’s roasted artichokes in a jar. It was a recipe from This Savory Vegan - very easy to make and so delicious.
You sauté a little garlic in olive oil, add chopped artichokes, spinach (I used arugula instead), vegan cream cheese and a little Mayo, and then salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
I used a pre made crust and it was so good!
