Absolutely lovedd this! The chickpeas have nice flavor and are coated well with olive oil so I personally enjoyed eating it with a little rice and some veggies on the side, but I could definitely see this working beautifully if you threw it in a salad! Definitely adding this to the list of Trader Joe’s products I get every time.
