Review of larb salad - mock duck at Plumeria Vegetarian Encinitas by unejanie

This was delicious! My duck was perfectly crispy and tasty. It was hot enough to wilt the salad and everything else in the dish. it was served with sticky rice that soaked up the extra juice perfectly. perfect dinner for a summer evening. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is vegan but for some reason, in some dishes, they give you the option of egg. #veganthai
