Ice cream mochi is a wonderful thing. This was my first oatmilk one, and it did not disappoint. The outer rice dough is mildly chocolatey and not too sweet,, while the inner ice cream is nicely flavored and has a smooth texture when defrosted for 2 minutes before eating. I like to eat one straight out of the freezer... it takes longer, but it last longer!!
