OH EHM GEE. this is one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Defenitely the best bagel I've ever had! The bagel is so soft and fresh and delicious, the seitan 'bacon' is super tasty, the mayo, the shredded lettuce, the tomato. Everything works perfectly together. My non vegan wife even said it was the best bagel she's ever had. Can't wait to have it again!!!
