Dayum!! This was aHHmazing! My Seitan Gyro consisted of grilled seitan, lettuce, tomatoes, and a generous portion of Vegan ranch stuffed inside a pita. I could have seitan gyros every day without getting bored. It was inexpensive, fresh, and quite delish! 🥰
