Bought these as Morrisons didn’t have the “ready for wok” tofu that I wanted. I was disappointed to see that they required cooking in the oven, so I ended up cooking them in my air-fryer.
They were ok; really quite spicy, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They don’t really work in a stir fry as they’re too spicy and over-power any sauce. Not really sure what I’ll do with the rest of them…maybe put in a wrap or on a salad as suggested on the box.
