Thai Ginger noodles

Green Elephant Vegetarian Bistro & Bar

I’ve never been a fan of rice noodles bc they always seem gummy and are unappealing. These however weren’t gummy and very flavorful. Again you have to omit the egg but it’s very easy to do and tastes great
