The thing I loved the most about this was the fact that it was on the menu! It's so encouraging to find vegan options on a suburban hotel menu when some city cafes and restaurants still have none. The dish itself was nice, just nothing spectacular, more like a fancy coleslaw. I’d be stoked to find that too! Last time I ate here the only half assed “vegan” options were a veg pizza with no cheese or a side of wedges or chips with no sour cream/ aioli. Progress 👏🏼
