Tacos con jackfruit con jalapeño e cavolo rosso. Scelta molto originale di servire il jackfruit, molto buono e morbido. Solo il tacos era un po' difficile da mangiare perché si sfaldava (l'ho preso di mais ma è disponibile anche di grano)
