Quick and easy to heat up. Nice, smoky flavor that reminds me of bacon (though it’s been 26+ years so 🤷♀️). Gets crispy but not sure It’s that close in texture. I’ve never been a big bacon person so I don’t purchase bacon products often but I’d get this again on occasion. Nice in a salad or sandwich. Would probably do well in a pasta.
