Ice cream is good, nice and creamy and a perfect amount of sweetness. Even with the cookie part being gluten-free and corn-based, it isn't crumbly or anything! Just slightly drier. Overall though, it didn't really wow me, and I don't think I'd buy it again anytime soon unlike some other Goodpop products.
