I prefer this spicy variation to the normal chickn filet! On a bun with some tofu mayo/ketchup/lettuce, it has great flavor without being overpowering. (It is quite strong when eaten on its own.) The coating crisps up well in the oven, and I think I actually prefer these to veg burgers. As with the other Gardein Ultimate products, I appreciate that the texture is chewier/denser without being tendon-y/uber realistic. Definitely recommend!!
