I'm pretty sure that if you live in the Midwest, mayonnaise-based summer salads are the law. I used this one to make some macaroni salad and enjoyed it. Vegenaise tastes a bit better to me (more fatty and flavorful) but it's very expensive right now. This is is a good alternative that I would repurchase.
