Vegetable ramen

Three Wise Monkeys

Shiitake with Kombu and miso broth, ramen noodles, secret shoyu (soya sauce) seasoning, pickled cabbage and mushroom, den miso corn,  spinach, leeks and nori. Added tofu and minused the egg! Delicious, wholesome and filling
