Review of White Gazpacho at Sol & Luna by plantbasedlifestyle

A new Latin European restaurant on Capitaspring! Unfortunately, only this item is vegan in their menu.. the rest labelled vegetarian contains eggs/dairy which cannot be customised. The waiter was really kind to check in for me (spent 10-15min on a busy lunch hour). I wasnt keen on this dish actually but it was a client lunch so had to get something.. and mine, this was wayyyy better than expecation. The soup was a blend of vegetables, topped with grilled half avocado, some grapes, almonds and seeds and some basil oil. The elements of the soup blended really well with each other. And honestly, it would be something that I can consider on a weekly basis if only it doesnt cost $19 for just a small plate...
