Review of Fire-Roasted Vegetable Pizza - Daiya by 6ixvegan

I love daiya’s pizza. Vegan, gluten and soy free. I’ve tried almost all the varieties and they all taste great - my favourite is margherita but I haven’t been able to find it for awhile, this flavour is a close second though.
I’ve found that it’s pretty hard to get the ‘cheese’ to melt right and this is the most I’ve gotten it to melt without burning, but that’s a given with any vegan cheese I guess.
I also wish they were cheaper or at least a little bigger (these are $10+ while non-vegan frozen pizzas go for as little as $2.99 sometimes).
Overall though I definitely recommend keeping a few of these in your freezer when the pizza craving hits, they’re delicious!!
