Review of Tofu Benedict at Champs Diner by avecdeschiens

I used to order this dish every time and it was always gluten-free, but they changed it ☹️ Being that they were out of one of the only gluten-free entrees, I had to order this with some modifications (no “ham” and gluten-free bread).

The tofu and hollandaise sauce were really good. The salad was really fresh. The hash browns were extremely oily and the potatoes weren’t cooked enough.

If you’re #glutenfree, you won’t have many options here. But all in all, it’s a good spot for vegan junk food.
