Review of Baingan bharta at Clay Oven by crandazzo

OMG !! If you like Indian food you will love this. This is eggplant with onions, tomatoes in a tomato “gravy” with some spices. It is os flavorful and comes with a side of rice. Highly recommend and will absolutely get this again!
