VN-2 Vegetarian Rice

Saigon Brothers

The Vegetarian Rice made Vegan style.  Stir Fried Tofu and Broccoli. This dish normally has stir fried tofu, broccoli, carrot, & cabbage. I like that this restaurant caters to my dietary needs.  If you ask them to make the dish vegan they will! It's flavourful and not too salty.
