Review of Smokey Jalapeno Burger at The Fussy Vegan by makeadifference

Went looking for the Fussy Vegan in Blairgowrie, and almost missed the small shop next to the garage. We did not expect much when entering. Boy were we surprised.
Great friendly service, and great menu to choose from.
Absolutely the best burger I've had since going vegan!
It was a proper size, fresh seeded bun, with a mushroom & lentil patty, seitan bacon, cheese, jalapeños, bbq sauce and chipotle cashew cream. Really tasty, and saucy. Beware a bit 🔥 if you are not into the hot stuff. The side dish of fries were just as great. And a large serving for only R18.
My wife had a a seitan rib burger that was just as amazing.

And all of this for much less than the basic slider bun & patty you get at some restaurants.

Thank you Fussy Vegan in Blairgowrie. You really were the highlight of our Vegan roadtrip. The plans for our next road trip were just moved much closer, and you will again feature on the itinerary.
