I LOVE jagerschnitzel! I have never had the true animal based kind but know this is way better! I have never had this brand and it turned out to be so delicious! The texture was firm and meaty yet easy to chew. It soaked up the flavors nicely without getting soggy and couldn't have fried up any better. We paid $2.50 for 2 cutlets and with the rising cost of all food these are going to be stocked and stored in the freezer.
