Non è così comune mangiare le panelle,che sono originarie della Sicilia, qui a Bologna, quindi le ho molto apprezzate. Qui nel piatto sono insieme alle verdure in tempura di cui ho già fatto la recensione per la cena invernale.

It is not that common to eat panelle, which are originally from Sicily, here in Bologna, so I really enjoyed them. Here in the dish they are together with the tempura vegetables I have already reviewed for the winter dinner.
