This was the BEST spicy rigatoni vodka I’ve ever had. My favorite (aside from the vegan version I make at home), is a non vegan version from lucali’s. But this TOPPED it! You can’t tell it’s vegan at ALL.
I was also impressed by how spicy the pasta was, because usually in America the food tends to be sweeter than spicy? The spice wasn’t overpowering and it was more of a pepper kick than acidic.
