Gusto particolare, molto influenzato dal coriandolo (che non amo) ma comunque accettabile, sicuramente originale


The’artyvegan tofu, braised in a green herb + leek sauce,
topped with sharp cashew cheese, confit tomatoes +
rose harissa, served with sourdough + za’atar oil.
