Sopecitos at Mexhico Restaurant — ethicalehme's Review (Jun 14, 2022)

You can barely see what these are for the huge amount of barbacoa they give you when you add it on.
Sopecitos are thick blue corn tortillas with refried beans, cheeze, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and tomatoes and, well, I add barbacoa to everything because it’s an absolute must at Mexhico.
Super satisfying and delicious!
