I’d give it a 0 if I could. They rip easier than a paper towel. Just opening them to put them into the can is a nightmare because they rip down the sides so you you can’t shake them open you have to gently pull them apart for 5 minutes. They usually rip anyway but if they don’t, they DEFINITELY rip putting them into the can.
