Apricot Coconut Oat Bar

A delicious flapjack, the apricots & coconut give it a very summer-y vibe.

It’s not overly sweet, I wish the flavour was more pronounced.
It has a nice consistency, slightly chewy but not too much! (some flapjacks can be a real workout for the jaw haha)
