Jovial makes some really delicious GF vegan pasta. Just like many other gf pasta, it has a little chewy texture, but overall a really good flavor
I make pasta dishes and pasta salads with it. In the photo, I am having jovial pasta with tvp bolognese and sautéed summer squash
