Review of salz karamell - Schogetten by saechsine
Very very sweet. That's the first thing that comes to mind here. The Schofettes consist of two layers, a caramel cream and salted caramel, all covered in light vegan chocolate. The caramel cream alone is far too sweet for me. The salted caramel alone is very salty at first, but that fades away. Nevertheless, everything together is not balanced, but just sweet. I had hoped for more.
The outer packaging is environmentally friendly and made of paper. Unfortunately, each Schogette is individually wrapped in plastic. In my opinion, that would not be necessary. Why isn't the standard cardboard box used here?!
