"Chorizo" by Abbot's ButcherRayne's Review (Jun 7, 2022)

When making vegan nachos or burritos, I usually use seitan, but the Whole Foods store I went to didn’t have any, so I bought this instead and I was delighted with it! It cooked up much moister and juicier than seitan plus it's made from pea protein and coconut oil which is probably better for me than the wheat gluten of seitan. Perfect for nachos and burritos.
