Review of Spinach & Tomato Quiche - Higgidy by alicemary

Loved finding this product in Waitrose - I miss quiche and can never find a vegan one anywhere. This was tasty and paired well with salad & hummus for lunch. However - it could have done with a bit more ‘bite’ to the flavours, I found it quite sweet and ‘flat’ after the first few bites.
