Review of Coconut & Lime Cake at Restaurant at the Castle by whatrebeccaeats

This cake tasted nice, but it was a little bit dry. There aren’t many vegan options at Alnwick Castle and considering the amount of visitors they get, I think it is an area that they should definitely improve on. Other than fresh fruit, this cake was the only vegan option I noticed when I was there. A little disappointing.
