Like fast food, this tasted great on the way down, but I had major food regret afterwards. Maybe its the glutinous protein or flavour enhancers but something in this did not agree with me. Felt heart-burny, itchy and bloated... I think I'll steer clear of this in future. However, if you don't have occasional reactions to gluten like me, this roast 'duck' tastes amazing, the texture is great and you can crisp up the outside nicely
