I fried this ground with a bit of oil and seasoned it with a bit of salt and garlic powder. It has a good texture but tastes like bacon. It worked well in a casserole. I wish that #superstore would find a way that when reduced products are scanned you get the reduced price. I did not get the 30% off

Former loblaws worker, this is the case for all loblaw company stores - if you’re at self checkout you have to put it manually! Hit reduced and then scan the item and it should work. Same with the cashier, they have to put it in manually (but sometimes they might miss it).
