Nachos at The Groovy Floret — pdxveg's Review (Jun 2, 2022)

This consisted of vegan pepper jack, ingenious signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat”, black beans, jalapeños, avocado crema, pico de Gallo, and lovely edible flowers on a bed of tortilla chips. Decadently delicious and hearty, but not heavy. #saveveganrestaurants
