This consisted of shredded kale and cabbage in a creamy chipotle Caesar dressing with black beans, roasted corn, ingenious signature seasoned cauliflower taco “meat”, vegan pepper jack, toasted pepitas, and lovely edible flowers. Lively, vibrant flavors, and satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
