Review of Crispy Noodles at Real Food by tabs

Had some expectations of a good dish given a decent variety of ingredients to make a proper dish - bokchoy, carrot strips, taupok, Yee Mian, fried burdock. But besides the burdock giving just a teensy bit of flavour and texture, this overall felt very one-dimensional & unsatisfying. Can be full from the portion, but felt like I was eating just for the sake of finishing. Requested for Chili on the side to amp up the flavour and it helped a little, but still couldn’t quite salvage. $14.80 and sadly won’t be reordering.
Still, very heartened that it’s definitely Low sodium and use of ONLY natural whole real ingredients. Just room for improvement to see which ingredients/flavours to switch up for more cohesiveness & flavour satiety!
