Vegan Pad Thai Noodles With Chargrilled Chickpeas

I was really excited to try this, pretty decent as a concept. Bears no resemblance to pad Thai besides noodles BUT the sauce was incredible. I would buy this sauce on its own. The noodles kind of clumped together but as a whole I appreciate it.
